Intergenerational Worship. The organ, piano, djembe drum, hammered dulcimer and often the folk harp are instrumental in helping us worship God. We have an accessible entry. Fair-trade Coffee-Hour follows worship.
Evensong: Every First Sunday 5:15 pm - 6 pm
Evensong Worship is a contemplative service centered around candlelight, with singing, prayer and extended meditation. The Evensong Ensemble supports our singing and typically includes: Folk harp, hammered dulcimer, and violin, viola or cello instruments. Light refreshments follow. All are welcome!
Recent Past Worship Services and Experiences:
Winter Solstice Labyrinth Prayer Walk
A 30’ square canvas floor labyrinth was available for individual, couple or small group walks in the Fireside Room. Winter Solstice, considered the darkest day of the year, is a day to immerse oneself in prayer and meditation for both kinds of darkness in our lives: the painful darkness which contains our personal and global struggles as well as the nurturing darkness which holds new life.
