Adult Faith Formation

Faith formation is a journey that continues throughout our lives, shaping and reshaping our beliefs and actions as we grow. Our Adult Faith Formation programs offer a welcoming space to explore new ideas, engage with different theologies, and deepen your spiritual understanding. These spaces are designed to help you connect your faith with everyday life, empowering you to live out the gospel values of love and justice. We invite you to join us in this journey—explore our wide range of activities and discover new ways to integrate your faith into the world around you.

Words on the Word

Sundays | 9:15-10:15am

Start your Sunday morning by diving deeper into scripture!

Join Rev. Sarah Brouwer for a thoughtful and engaging text study that explores the scripture reading for that morning’s worship service. Together, we’ll unpack the passage, ask questions, and discover how the ancient words of faith continue to speak into our lives today.

This is a relaxed, welcoming space—no prior preparation needed, just bring your curiosity and openness. Whether you’re new to Bible study or a longtime learner, you’ll find insight, conversation, and connection.

Choir members—don’t worry! Even if you need to slip out early for rehearsal at 9:45, you are warmly encouraged to come.

Senior Luncheons

We warmly welcome adults of all ages to join us on this journey. Seniors are a cherished and vital part of our church family, bringing wisdom, lived faith, and deep roots that ground and guide our community. Their stories, experiences, and enduring commitment help shape who we are and who we are becoming.

Through seasons of change, seniors carry the history of our congregation while continuing to show up with generosity, resilience, and care. They model what it means to live a life of faith - offering encouragement, perspective, and connection across generations.

Our Senior Luncheons are a time to gather in fellowship, share stories, build relationships, and celebrate the gifts each person brings. We are grateful for the presence of our seniors and the ways they continue to nurture and strengthen our community.
