Crossroads Antiracism Organizing and Training is offering a Twin Cities workshop, “The Values Gap: Moving from Symbolic Gestures to Lasting Transformation.” The session explores how organizations can move beyond symbolic commitments to justice by examining the values that shape culture, decision-making, and relationships - especially during times of pressure or conflict. This training is a strong foundation for those interested in St. Paul’s UCC’s ongoing work to dismantle and imagine beyond white supremacy and a helpful follow-up to recent faith formation sessions.

Grounded, Gathered, Growing

Wednesdays in Lent will begin with our Lenten Wednesday Worship in the Sanctuary, then we’ll break bread together over dinner, and finally move into Journey of Faith for an uplifting and informative series that meets this moment in our shared life. We’ll hear from seminary professors, learn resistance songs, make art together, and learn how to discuss difficult topics…all For Christ’s Sake.

MARCH 11 Trans Biblical: New Approaches to Interpretation and Embodiment in Scripture Dr. Justin Sabia-Tanis, Professor from United Seminary, will discuss his latest book, and the importance of embodiment as we journey with Jesus in Lent, and re-think his own bodily sacrifice.
