Have you ever wanted to learn how to bike commute? Is your 10-year old bike gathering dust and you’re not sure how to get it road worthy? Are you looking for fellow SPUCC members to walk, bike, or carpool to church with? Join us for Transition on Tires!

Spend time learning and planning about how to find ways to get to church, work, or around town in ways that don’t necessarily involve a solo car trip. We will have three stations set up to foster conversation and connection: (1) Bike Evaluation - Consult with an experienced bike commuter on how to get your bike in shape; (2) Route Planning - Not sure how to get where you want to go? Let’s strategize and plan together; and (3) Logistics and Carpooling - Do you want to bike but aren’t sure how to take what you need? Are you not a biker but open to walking and carpooling? This a time to meet others wanting to do the same! Let’s find ways to go from "getting here to truly being here” with more intention and joy! Email sarahbrouwer@spucconsummit.org with questions.
