"Why is it necessary to become a member?" Some of you may ask this question. Becoming a member of a church is not necessarily about you! When we say yes to a community of faith like SPUCC, we are making our commitment to this community visible. It can be really promising to see folks stand up before the congregation and join the community. It is a measure of growth, and a way that we show we are in this together!
