Associate Minister for Faith Formation

St. Paul’s UCC seeks an Associate Minister who will join us in sustaining and growing our vibrant ministries as a mutual and sacred calling. Through compassionate leadership, strong communication, and collaborative spirit, the Associate Minister will nurture relationships, guide faith formation across generations, and help our congregation live more fully into God’s Kin-dom.

The Associate Minister will play a key role in strengthening faith formation ministries for children, youth, families, and adults; cultivating belonging and community; supporting pastoral care; and collaborating in worship and preaching. We seek someone who can journey alongside members, develop leaders, and help our ministries grow in faith, justice, and love.

At St. Paul’s UCC, we believe another world is possible. Our Associate Minister will help equip our congregation to live out the way of Jesus both within the church and beyond its walls through spiritual growth, community partnerships, justice work, and deep relationships.
