Tenor Section Leader/Soloist

Saint Paul’s United Church of Christ on Summit is seeking a tenor section leader/soloist for its Sanctuary Choir. The choir season runs from September through the beginning of June. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. The typical Sunday morning call time is 9:45 a.m., with the service ending at approximately 11:30 a.m. The tenor section leader sings with the choir (usually one anthem per service), performs occasional solos/small ensemble pieces, and helps to lead hymns with the soloist quartet. Pay is $60 per call, with a slight increase for major holiday services such as Christmas and Easter. Please submit a resume to Judith Melander at judith@spucconsummit.org to set up an audition.
