Sacred Sites Tour: Learning, Reflection & Healing Justice
As part of Minnesota Interfaith Power & Light’s (MNIPL) ongoing work in Healing Justice, members of St. Paul’s UCC are invited to participate in an upcoming Sacred Sites Tour on Tuesday, September 29, from 1–5 p.m.
Sacred Sites Tours visit three sacred Indigenous sites in the Twin Cities, offering participants an opportunity to learn about the history held in these places and the significance they continue to hold for Indigenous communities. The experience also invites us to reflect on our own roles within ongoing systems of colonization and extraction and to consider meaningful ways we can participate in reparation, repair, and healing.
This tour is open to the public and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is intended for individuals or groups of four or fewer. Those interested in arranging a tour for a larger group can contact Jim Bear at jimbear@mnipl.org.
September Sacred Sites Tour

St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Mendota Heights
A suggested donation of $50–$100 per person is requested to help support the tour. Cost should not prevent anyone from participating - all are welcome regardless of ability to pay. Those with the means are encouraged to consider making an additional donation to help cover the cost for others.
