🎉 Welcome, Libby Shannon!

We’re excited to welcome Libby Shannon to the St. Paul’s UCC team as our new Business Manager!

Libby brings a wealth of experience in church administration, systems, and organizational leadership. Her journey has included serving as a college chaplain and Associate Executive Presbyter in the Tampa Bay area before moving to Minnesota to become the Transitional Executive Presbyter for the Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area.

After that role concluded, Libby and her family realized they had fallen in love with the Twin Cities, and decided to make Minnesota home. She is now pursuing a Master of Social Work at St. Catherine University, with plans to graduate in 2028 and continue serving others in a clinical setting.

We’re grateful to have Libby’s gifts, experience, and heart for ministry as part of our community. If you see her around the church, be sure to say hello and give her a warm St. Paul’s welcome! 💙
